A Foyer for Fall and Painted Stairs Update

My stair risers have been painted yet again – yes, yet again 😉  I was tired of the stenciling and decided to paint the backs of the stairs in General Finishes Antique White.  It matches my beach chic dresser that I placed in my foyer and tones the space down.  I also want to show you how well the treads have worn.  If you remember, I whitewashed them in Annie Sloan Old White chalk paint and didn’t seal them (scared to make them slippery).  They are really holding up well, as you can see.Painted Stairs painted stairs2
