I stumbled across this great pair of Drexel nightstands the other day and was thrilled. These will transform into beautiful, quality pieces for the bedroom.. They are a fantastic size and I happen to love bedside tables with drawers for storage. They also have great detail that will look fabulous painted and distressed. My lucky day and my favorite find Monday! The picture only shows one of the pair – the other is behind it.
My Winter’s Day nightstands are also Drexel and similar in size. I chose Annie Sloan Coco with a whitewash for this pair. 
I used Old White on this pair of vintage french Drexel tables and refinished the tops.
Now what color for my new little beauties?

Oh, Drexel makes consistently beautiful pieces. I love their French influenced pieces. But even their MCM, which does NOT speak to me always has very timeless lines.
