A Midnight Cabinet and Anniversary

I’m just sharing the “before” pics today of this sweet oak cabinet. I have been working hard on it all day and am in the process of making a video tutorial to share in tomorrow’s post.  I’m using the new General Finishes Chalk Style paint in the color Midnight.  Divine!cabinet

  4. Happy anniversary! Can’t wat to see what you do with the oak cabinet. I have one from my mom’s house that she refinished 45 years ago and I have sanded it in prep for painting. I’m waiting for my husband to get time to repair some damage to the drawers which happened in storage. We used this cabinet in a bathroom when I was growing up and I have always loved it.

    • It sounds fantastic. What a perfect place for it! I think I’m keeping this one to use in our bedroom for our tv. Someone already drilled a hole in the back likely for the same use! Best of luck with your project!
