Remember the lovely vintage chairs I shared on Monday? I finished the first one and am sharing today. The paint is Annie Sloan Old White, followed by a wash of Annie Sloan Old Ochre (tutorial at bottom of post), followed by yet another light coat of Old White on parts of the chair. I distressed it back and added gold highlights before sealing it in Annie Sloan clear wax. Remember they are being re-upholstered so I didn’t need to keep the fabric clean 🙂
Here is the Quick Tip Video Tutorial on applying a wet wash over an existing coat of paint. Enjoy!
