Is the process for the General Finishes milk paint more involved than AS paint? Which do you prefer. Your pieces are just stunning.

Hi Deborah, It depends on the piece and the finish I am aiming for. Chalk paint is great for a layered look and is really easy to distress and give an aged look to the piece with. General Finishes milk paint is acrylic based and does not need to have wax applied to seal it. They do offer a poly finish for durability. The paint has slightly more sheen to it and is totally different in texture to apply. I think the two paints give completely different looks and really don’t prefer one over the other. Thanks so much!
