Here is the Provence buffet all done in Annie Sloan Provence, dark and clear waxes, distressed and whitewashed! I’m adding quite a few pics so you can (hopefully) tell the difference of the colors depending on the light.

Hi Jody – I used dark wax and applied it directly to the undercoat of paint. I then added the wash and distressed. The last step was the clear wax and I touched up places with the dark. Thanks!

This is so gorgeous, Suzanne! Interesting to see you dark waxed first, then washed and clear coat of wax….I think Provence is very strong straight out of the can…love the affect you got with this…and the hardware catches the wash beautifully! It’s perfect! 🙂
