Please bear with me this week as I transform my dining room. I find the whole look to be rather dated (in a not so good way) and want to brighten it up.
The chairs have a lot of detail that just goes unnoticed, poor souls.
Oh, yeah. I’m brave (or not so bright!)
One coat and a wash, and some sanding and a dark wax and now you can see the detail!
Oh yes, I believe this makeover is going in the right direction.
More to come tomorrow – I believe the table also needs some help. I found some amazing curtains at the thrift store – wait, really getting ahead of myself here
