I spent a fantastic day yesterday (sarcasm here) cleaning out our kitchen pantry. Aside from ditching expired food, I cleaned and lined the shelves. You may be wondering, “Why in the world do I care about this woman cleaning her pantry?” and I can see your point. I am only sharing this interesting story because I think that my pantry has a pretty neat addition. It’s a pegboard attached to the back wall. I have a tin full of the hooks that I can move around as needed. It makes for great storage.
Just a little tidbit for today – a pegboard in a pantry!

that is genius so much more storage for a space the normally would be wasted xx

I have been “stewing” and “stewing” over how to deal with my pantry….and….here it is!! I have an idea I will be up very late tonight and possibly late for work in the morning. Thanks so much for a GREAT idea!!
Suzanne

Great idea. You’re so lucky to have a big pantry like that.

I am super lucky and think it’s the best part of my kitchen. A lot of neighbors have redone their kitchens and lost their pantries – no way will I lose mine! It is so needed!

Now that’s a smart idea Suzanne and one I’m going to share on my Kitchen Pinterest Board. You’ve been one busy gal these days!
Suzanne
