Favorite Find Monday – Vintage Dining Room Chairs

I have a ton of work waiting for me in my garage, which is both slightly intimidating but highly exciting.  Remember my post yesterday all about my word for 2016 – balance?  I’ll need some serious balance to get this done on time and keep my house from falling apart at the same time 😉

This week, I am working on these beautiful dining room chairs.  My client wants her new home to feel a little lighter and brighter.  She wishes to maintain her traditional style while adding a more modern touch.  Painting these lovely chairs in a soft, creamy white will definitely do the trick!  She is also having the chairs reupholstered and will choose the fabric as soon as I deliver one of the finished, painted chairs back to her.  She really needs to see the finish before choosing the fabric.  These chairs are about to be completely transformed!

  5. I really hope we get to see the finished product. I love everything you do. And I think it is wonderful the way you share your knowledge. Still haven’t opened a can of paint but when I do I will be so-so instead of terrible thanks to you…lol
